Our priority is user privacy. We do not collect or store any personal data, such as emails or names. This will ensure a greater degree of anonymity for our users and reduce potential security risks.
2I forgot my 4-digit passcode. How can I recover my account?
If you forget your 4-digit passcode, you'll need to enter the set of key phrases given to you when you signed up. This phrase is essential to regain access, so please keep it safe. We do not use email-based recovery methods for privacy.
3How do I get a username for PennySaver?
When signing up for PennySaver, you'll be prompted to create your own unique username. Remember to choose a username that doesn't include any personal details such as your real name or email address to ensure your privacy on our platform. If your chosen username is already in use, you'll need to come up with a different variation or a completely new one.
4How do I log into my account?
