WORKBOOKS

The Financial Wellbeing and Resilience Series, delivered by the ADF Financial Services Consumer Centre (the Centre) provides financial education to members throughout their Defence career.  Some sessions in the series use workbooks which capture key aspects of the financial education for that session and can assist the ongoing building of knowledge by revisiting key concepts, sharing information with team members, or simply as a reminder about ways to get and be financially fit.

How to use the workbooks

Find the workbook relevant to your career stage below. You can download the workbook, save it on a personal device or print it to work through it when time permits. You can come back to the workbook(s) at any time during your career and even download, save and share them with family and friends! Nobody is going to make you do this, but why not give it a go!
