What is the ADF Financial Helpline?

The ADF Financial Helpline has been established as a trial in collaboration with the Bravery Trust to help members and families access timely, free, confidential and independent financial counselling.

What is a financial counsellor?

Financial counsellors are employed by not for profit organisations and provide a free service to eligible people. Financial Counsellors assist people experiencing financial hardship through the provision of advocacy and education to establish financial stability.

How do I access the Helpline?

The service is delivered nationwide primarily via telephone or email.  In some circumstances, members and families may be referred to a local face to face financial counsellor.
